Here's a little something to whet your appetites on a balmy summer evening. This isn't a recipe as such- putting this dish together is a case of do-what-you-fancy, but this is a lovely light way of serving a good piece of steak or even an average piece of steak come to mention it.
For this recipe I just gave the steak a good bask with a rolling pin (or a meat tenderiser if your kitchen is that well stocked) and marinate for as long as you have in soy sauce and chinese five spice, before stir-frying. I'll leave the veggies up to you. Bon appetit!
