I've haven't been to the gym that much over the last couple of months, as I've been back and forth to my mums house- so I've resorted to desperate measures: Bodypump is a high repetition weight lifting class (no I'm not joking) and sometimes feels think something verging on torture. I can't even do the heavy weights and still the day after I can't lift my arms above my head.
It does seem to provide a great, full body conditioning work out and the class is full of toned (not skinny) girls. Though its unclear whether 'pump gave them those abs or they enjoy pump because they do loads of other strength training- which is really responsible for their physique.
Only time will tell- if I don;t pass out in the process:
